Every bag of Heart of Brasil begins on my grandparents' farm in Santa Bárbara do Leste, Minas Gerais. For over 100 years, our family has cared for this land, passing down generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, and respect for the people behind every harvest.

Unlike mass-produced coffee blended from countless farms around the world, this is true single-origin coffee. Every bean comes from one family farm, giving each cup the unmistakable character of one place, one harvest, and one story.

Each coffee cherry is carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness before being processed to preserve its natural sweetness, balance, and clarity. 

Roasted in small batches, our medium roast highlights smooth chocolate notes and natural caramel sweetness while preserving the character that makes our coffee unique.
