MEET TIAO & MIRIAM
These are my grandparents, Tiao and Miriam. They've spent decades caring for our family coffee farm in Santa Barbara Do Leste, Minas Gerais, Brazil, where they lived their whole lives, and where every bag of Heart of Brasil begins.
I started Heart of Brasil to share their coffee directly with you. Every bag comes from the same family farm they've dedicated their lives to, so you'll always know the people behind your coffee.
The most personal coffee experience you'll ever have.
No middlemen, no mystery farms, no big supply chain. Just coffee with a name, a place, and a single family behind every bean.
SANTA BARBARA DO LESTE, MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL
Home to only 9,000 residents, here’s where our story began.
Far from the crowded cities and large coffee operations, our family built a life among these hills, surrounded by the coffee plants we grew up with. For generations, this small piece of Brazil has been the place where our family’s hard work, traditions, and love for coffee have lived.
Where Our Coffee Gets Its Character
Our family farm sits in the mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil, where generations of coffee farming knowledge meet the ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffee.
At approximately 1,200 feet above sea level, our coffee plants grow in a unique environment that helps develop the natural sweetness, balance, and character found in every cup.

aPPROX. 1,200 ft elevation
Growing conditions matter. At nearly 1,200 feet above sea level, our coffee plants develop slowly under the unique climate of Minas Gerais, allowing the beans to build their natural sweetness, balance, and distinct flavor profile.

Beyond single-origin: single-farm.
Unlike coffee blended from countless unknown sources, every bean comes from one family farm that we know and care for. This means we can preserve the character of our land, maintain quality standards, and share a coffee with a story you can truly trace.
-
PREMIUM-grade Arabica coffee
Our Arabica coffee is carefully selected for its exceptional quality, naturally sweet character, and balanced flavor. We use a natural processing method, where ripe coffee cherries are slowly dried under the sun before the beans are removed. This allows the flavors developed in the fruit to become part of the bean itself.
The result is a coffee with a fuller body, enhanced sweetness, and the distinctive chocolate and caramel notes that reflect the land where it was grown.

100% traceable origin
From the mountains of Minas Gerais to your morning cup, you know exactly where your coffee comes from. Every bag connects you directly to our family, our farm, and the generations of work behind every bean.
THE DIFFERENCE IS EVERYTHING YOU CAN'T SEE, And Few People Ever Get to Taste
The difference isn’t just the flavor.
It’s knowing your coffee comes from one farm, cared for by one family, in one special place.
It’s knowing the hands behind your harvest.
It’s knowing your morning cup has a story, and few get to taste this one.
