Shipping policy

All of our coffee is carefully sourced and imported directly from our family farm in Santa Bárbara do Leste, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Orders are fulfilled with a focus on freshness, quality, and secure delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During pre-order periods or new harvest arrivals, processing times may vary depending on shipment schedules from Brazil.

Shipping Timeline

Because our coffee is imported directly from Brazil, shipping times depend on international transit and customs clearance. Estimated delivery is typically 7–21 business days after the product has left Brazil and entered U.S. distribution.

Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their order is shipped.

Pre-Orders

If your order is a pre-order, we will clearly communicate the expected departure date from Brazil. Your order will ship once the coffee arrives in the United States and has completed quality inspection and packaging verification.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL for final delivery within the United States. Carrier selection may vary depending on location and shipping speed.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, international logistics, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or resolution where applicable.
