Heart of Brasil is a single-origin coffee cultivated on my grandfather’s farm in Santa Bárbara do Leste, Minas Gerais, a region known for producing some of Brazil’s most naturally sweet and balanced coffees.

This is not a blended or industrial coffee. It is grown, harvested, and processed on a single family farm—carrying the character of one place, one climate, and one harvest.

Each coffee cherry is selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring only the best fruit makes it into production. This careful harvesting process preserves sweetness, clarity, and complexity in the final cup.

The beans are then processed with intention to highlight their natural profile rather than mask it. Every step is designed to respect the origin of the coffee and the work behind it.

Roasted in small batches, we use a medium roast profile that enhances natural sweetness and balance while preserving the unique character of the farm.
